By creating a VendorFlow account or using VendorFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use VendorFlow.
VendorFlow is a web application for charter-school vendors to manage rosters, certificates, invoices, and payment reminders. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for how you use VendorFlow in running your own business.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree not to use VendorFlow to store or process information you don't have the right to collect, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to VendorFlow's systems, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
VendorFlow lets you store information about your own students, families, certificates, and payments. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of VendorFlow complies with any laws that apply to your business, including any laws protecting student education records or the privacy of minors. VendorFlow provides tools to store this information securely, but does not review or take responsibility for the specific information you choose to enter.
You may stop using VendorFlow and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to VendorFlow or other users.
VendorFlow is provided "as is." While we work to keep the service reliable and accurate, we don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we recommend keeping your own backups of critical records (such as certificates and payment history) outside VendorFlow as well.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VendorFlow and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for VendorFlow in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
Questions about these terms, billing, or refund requests can be sent to support@myvendorflow.com.
